Q- How do I know what size bracelet to order?
A- Generally speaking you want to measure the recipient's exsiting bracelet to get the closest. Make sure to measure from tip to tip of the bracelet including the clasp. OR you can measure the person's wrist and ADD one inch to that length. We always include the clasp in the total length when giving measurements. Don't worry, all bracelets come with a 30 day resizing warranty just in case it doesn't fit properly...after all...what good is a bracelet that doesn't fit?!
Q- What if I want a combination of stone and silver... I just don't see exactly what I want!
A- Because website building is not our forte, we have streamlined or products. However, we can and do make bracelets with gemstones like Carnelian, Rose Quartz, Green Aventurine, Jade, Amethyst, Hematitie, Mother of Pearl, Jasper, just to name a few! Just click here to go to our custom quote inquiry form and fill in the specifics of what you want and we will give you a quote.
Q- Do you have gift certificates?
A- We will be adding this feature to our shopping cart soon. If you would like to purchase a gift certificate, just call or email us and we will be glad to take your order.
Q- Do you gift wrap?
A- Of course, all of our bracelets come in a small jewelry pouch, but we would be happy to gift wrap your bracelet for you, just drop us an email.
Q- How do I take care of my bracelet?
A- Please keep in mind that these bracelets are hand made and not meant to be worn during the local Monday night football scrimmage :) You should not wear your bracelet in the shower or when doing dishes as sterling silver will tarnish.
Your jewelry will require some cleaning and occasional restringing to insure that it will last a lifetime! Sterling silver and gold-filled jewelry can be cleaned with a sterling silver cleaning cloth available from most jewelry stores for a small charge.
Our jewelry can be cleaned occasionally in an ammonia, dish soap solution with hot water. Mix about one tablespoon of ammonia with a few drops of dish soap in a half cup of hot water. Leave the bracelet in the solution for a minute then rinse it thoroughly and dry it completely. This will brighten up both silver and gold and leave Swarovski beads sparkling again!
If your bracelet contains pearls, try 2 tablespoons of baking soda sprinkled into hot water with a small sheet of foil beneath the bracelet. Leave it in the solution for a couple of minutes and then rinse thoroughly and dry.
Never use silver cleaner. It destroys the oxidizing on the Bali beads and it removes the shiny layers of sterling on the surface of the beads! It will also ruin the nacre on the pearls!
Q- How long will it take to get my bracelet?
A- Because all of our items are custom hand-made pieces, our production times may vary based upon the time of year and the product you are ordering. Custom designed items may take 1-2 weeks. Typical production time for our name bracelets is about 5-7 business days.
Most are typically shipped sooner than that, but before we ship, we will send a picture to you via email and we will await your approval before we ship!
Please keep in mind that during peak periods around Mother's Day and Christmas, production may take longer. However, if you purchased your bracelet by the cut-off day indicated on the site, you will receive your bracelet in time for the Holiday.
If you need your item by a certain day, contact us before you order to be sure we can meet your deadline and we will help you pick the appropriate shipping method. We offer several shipping options including Federal Express Overnight and USPS Overnight. The total time to receive your item is generally the production time plus shipping time.
Q- How do I know that I am getting a quality product?
A- Our keepsakes are hand strung on 19-strand nylon coated, stainless steel beading wire, the finest available. We use only the best quality sterling silver and bali beads as well as 14k gold-filled beads and freshwater pearls. We have spent years finding the best of the best to use in our jewelry. Your satisfaction is absolutely guaranteed.
We automatically warranty every jewelry item we sell for 30 days for workmanship and materials. Just send it back and we will repair it and ship it back to you. After 30 days, we do charge a small fee. Please email us for a quote if it has been more than 30 days. We do resize bracelets for no charge during the first 30 days. All you have to do is return the bracelet with $2.50 for return shipping. After 30 days, the charge is $2.50 per strand pl;us $2.50 for shipping. You may send a check, MO or cash with the bracelet when it is returned.
Q- I had another baby. Can I get a strand added to my bracelet after I buy it?
A- Absolutely! We charge the single strand charge to add a new strand to your bracelet. This service includes cleaning and restringing for the existing strands.
Q- When I purchase as bracelet, what will i be charged for shipping?
A- Each order will have the following shipping charges added per bracelet in addition to bracelet cost and includes a padded envelope, an organza gift bag and insurance:

Fed ex Express Delivery: $27.50 plus $1.00 for each additional bracelet. (Includes Insurance)
Express delivery includes expedited delivery when possible. Please inquire about expected shipping date. Most bracelets shipped 7 days after order is received. Bello Monili is not responsible for promised delivery times given by USPS or Fed ex!
